Hey, I'm Lexi — certified nutrition coach and the person who's going to make macros finally make sense for you.

For the past several years I've helped hundreds of women ditch the diet mentality and build a way of eating that actually sticks. Not a plan they white-knuckle for 30 days — a lifestyle they genuinely enjoy.
